How often do you award prizes?

We award one random winner every 14 days, on Sundays. However, if there ever is an exception to this, you’ll be able to check it directly on the app. Each pool has its own timer that indicates when it closes

How do I get my prize?

Once a prize has been awarded, there is a 24-hour cooling-off period before we announce the winner. This period ensures cross-chain communication has happened correctly.

Once the 24-hour cooling-off period is over, you can check on the app if you have a prize to claim in the Pools section of My account. If you were the winner, click on the “Claim prize” button. If you had previously given us your email address in the Personal info section of My account, you will also receive an email from us.

All winners must claim their prizes within 60 days of them being awarded. You won’t be able to claim your prize after that.

Is there a money equivalent for the prizes?

If a winner is not interested in a prize, Wooy allows them the possibility of exchanging it for its equivalent in money. At the moment, we give out these equivalents in crypto.
